From an early age Boyd was often found in his parents’ garden cutting the grass or in the green house managing the growth of bedding plants for the family home.
His interest in lawn management began whilst he was at school so it was an obvious move to attend Kings Heath Horticulture College to gain qualifications in all aspects of garden design, construction and maintenance.
Since becoming qualified Boyd has managed a wide range of garden landscaping projects that have all been delivered on time and within budget. Where required, Robathan’s Gardens works closely with lighting specialists, architects and house builders to create bespoke installations.

An additional service that we also have involvement with is the supply of Kiln Dried Firewood that has been dried down to approximately twenty per cent moisture. A wide range of options of available from small, medium and large nets or larger deliveries in four sizes: 1.25m3, 2.5m3, 3.75m3 and 5m3.
